Circus Electrique, a steampunk RPG, is launching in September

Circus Electrique is a tactical steampunk RPG from Zen Studios and Saber Interactive. The game is set to launch on September 6, 2022, on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The official trailer for Circus Electrique showcases the circus and its inhabitants, combat, and general gameplay. 

In Circus Electrique, the regular citizens of London are being turned into vicious killers. Only the circus’ lineup, with their unique talents, has the potential to save the city.

The game offers tactical turn-based combat against bad Sailors, Posh women, and other archetypes from the Victorian era. A devotion morale system also affects characters’ performance in battles and circus shows. 

The key features of this game include:

  • Intense RPG Combat: Players can test the skills of Strongmen, Fire Blowers, Escape Artists, Clowns, and other circus performers. There are 15 playable characters, each with unique tactical options. Players must select an ideal combination of characters to fight against the enemies and protect the innocent citizens of London.
  • Circus Management in Steampunk London: Players must rebuild the circus to its former glory. You are to recruit and train some of the most powerful performers worldwide. The success of a show can be determined by the performer’s skills, chemistry, and overall Devotion. Players must also complete quests and pay their employees to keep them happy.
  • Immersive Steampunk World: Enjoy vintage circus posters, Victorian characters, and the beauty of classic steampunk graphics and art.
