For the month of October, PUBG Battlegrounds and DbD will be working together for a new event.
PUBG: Battlegrounds is the hit battle royale game developed and published by PUBG Studios. It was first released in December 2017, and ever since then, it has steadily grown in popularity, even earning multiple awards and nominations. As usual, PUBG: Battlegrounds is always adding new content and events for players to enjoy.
Dead by Daylight is an asymmetric multiplayer survival horror online game developed by Canadian studio Behaviour Interactive. It is a game between one player and four other players, with one person taking on the role of a savage Killer and the other players taking on the role of Survivors. The Killer is tasked with capturing each Survivor and presenting them as a living sacrifice to a malicious force known as the Entity by impaling them on hooks. Meanwhile, the Survivors must escape being captured and mend five generators so that the exit gates may be powered up.
According to a recent post on PUBG: Battleground’s official Twitter account, a spooky collaboration with Dead by Daylight is set to happen this October. The upcoming event has generated a lot of excitement among fans of both titles and they can not wait to see what it has to offer.
Meanwhile, the Dead by Daylight’s official Twitter account retweeted PUBG’s Twitter post with a caption that the battleground is looking a little foggy, hinting that the new event will be a Halloween special.
Last year, PUBG celebrated the Halloween season with a Halloween version of the Erangel map, offering Special Drops events, a Partner Drops event, and a huge shop update with new Halloween items. It would seem that this year, PUBG will be giving its Halloween season a new spin by including a Dead by Daylight gaming option into one of its PUBG maps. In any case, the upcoming crossover between PUBG and Dead by Daylight promises to be an exciting event.
