The free scenario system that allows players to craft their own narrative is carried over into The Romancing SaGa -Minstrel Song- Remastered and serves as the core element of the game. Likewise, it brings together eight unique characters for a new journey consisting of lengthy conflicts and difficult decisions. The protagonist, as well as the goals, party members, and starting point of the tale, are all determined by the player’s choice of character.

The story of The Romancing SaGa -Minstrel Song- Remastered is set in a world where the gods created man and man created stories. A thousand years have gone since that titanic battle. The Fatestones have been dispersed all across the planet, and the gods of evil have emerged from their slumber once again. The eight heroes each embarked on their separate adventures, seemingly obedient to the guiding hand of fate.

The Romancing SaGa -Minstrel Song- Remastered edition will feature upgraded HD graphics as well as a variety of other enhancements for an improved gameplay experience, making it highly recommended for both fans of the original and new to the SaGa series.
