World of Warships announced its Steam Five-Year anniversary. In celebration, players can take part in a 5 USD bounty challenge, free DLC, giveaways, a marathon for their Steam-themed permanent camouflage, and more fun activities!

World of Warships Celebration Event
During this event, new and experienced players can get 5 USD sent to their Steam Wallet just for playing World of Warships!
5 USD Bounty Challenge
The bounty challenge event starts November 18, 2022, 00:00 UTC and ends December 17, 2022, 23:25 UTC.
To secure your 5 USD credit, you must earn the Warrior achievement (win 50 Random Battles) within the event’s time frame.
Terms and conditions:
- The achievement must be unlocked in the game client in your World of Warships account to be validated. This is not to be confused with the Steam Achievements.
- While the achievement must be unlocked during the event’s duration, not all progress toward the achievement needs to occur in the same time frame. For example, if you had 45 wins in Random Battles before the event started, you would only have to win five more Random Battle to get your 5 USD.
- The Warrior achievement can only be earned once.
- The reward will be issued only once per user, no later than 1 week after the event ends.
- By participating in the event, you accept the applicable Rules of the World of Warships game and Clans. All winners will be subject to anti-bot checks before prizes are distributed. Duplicate accounts will not be rewarded.
- By participating in the event, you accept the “5 USD Bounty Challenge” promotion rules available below. Please note that if you win a reward, your Steam ID will be shared with Valve Corporation to enable crediting of the reward to your Steam Wallet account.

Permanent Camouflage Marathon
The camo can be earned through a special mission marathon where you can gain more expendable Steam camos and economic bonuses.

- Mission starts: November 16, 2022
- Mission ends: December 19, 2022
Part 1
- Over any number of battles, deal 155,555 damage
- Reward: 2x Steam camouflages
Part 2
- Over any number of battles, earn 3,555 Free XP
- Reward: 2x Steam camouflages
Part 3
- Over any number of battles, earn 5,555 Base XP
- Reward: 2x Steam camouflages
Part 4
- Win 5 battles
- Reward: 2x Steam camouflages
Part 5
- Over any number of battles, earn 2,555,555 Credits
- Reward: 1x Steam Supercontainer
Part 6
- Over any number of battles, earn 15 “Destroyed” and/or “Hits to citadel” ribbons.
- Reward: Five of each of the following expendable economic bonuses “Credits +20%,” “Ship XP +100%,” “Commander XP +100%,” and “Free XP +300%.”
Final Reward: Steam-themed permanent camouflage for King George V
- The missions can be completed in Random, Ranked, and Co-op Battles, as well as in Operations and Brawls, playing Tier V–X ships and superships.
Steam Patch and Background
To unlock these new cosmetics, you’ll have to complete the following mission chain:
- Mission starts: November 16, 2022
- Mission ends: December 19, 2022

- Over any number of battles, earn 500,000 Credits
- Reward: 2x Steam camouflages
Part 2
- Over any number of battles, earn 5,000 Base XP
- Reward: 1x Steam container
Part 3
- Over any number of battles, earn five “Destroyed” ribbons
- Reward: 3x Steam camouflages
Final Reward: Steam Anniversary patch and Steam Anniversary patch background
The missions can be completed in Random, Ranked, and Co-op Battles, as well as in Operations and Brawls, playing Tier V–X ships and superships.
